1. Order Placement and Fulfillment

At BM Oils, we strive to deliver every order on time and in perfect condition. Most retail orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

We’ll always try to notify you by phone or email if there’s any delay beyond the expected delivery window.

2. Shipping and Delivery Guidelines

Retail Orders: We use trusted delivery partners to deliver directly to your doorstep across most pin codes India.

Bulk Orders (Wholesale): Bulk purchases are dispatched via local transport or lorries. Customers are expected to collect the goods from the transport location. If doorstep delivery is required for bulk orders, extra delivery charges will apply based on distance, weight, and transport provider fees.

Delivery Timeframes: While we aim to fulfill all orders quickly, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines in special circumstances like natural disasters, remote delivery locations, incomplete or incorrect addresses, or unreachable recipients.

Holidays and Festivals: To avoid delays during festivals or national holidays, we recommend placing orders at least 5 days in advance.

3. Important Delivery Conditions

Deliveries cannot be redirected to another address once shipped. We do not deliver to hospitals, military bases, or hostels.

BM Oils is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information, locked premises, refusal of delivery, or delivery at gate/reception as per standard courier practices.

4. Proof and Disputes

In the event of damaged or missing items, customers must provide a full unboxing video showing the unopened package, visible shipping label, and clear footage of opening. No claims will be accepted without a proper video.

5. Acceptance and Liability

A shipment is considered successfully delivered when handed over to the customer or someone at the provided address. The delivery partner’s record of delivery is final.

In rare cases of non-delivery due to force majeure or other issues, we may reschedule or offer pickup from a nearby partner location.
