Returns at BM Oils

You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery through your order section.

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • The reason for return matches our eligibility criteria (e.g., wrong product, damaged item, missing quantity).

Return Options Available

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or based on how you paid.

Exchanges:

  • Allowed for defective or incorrect products.
  • Only one exchange per product is allowed.
  • Second exchange or refund after an exchange is not permitted.

Cost of Return

  • Return pickups are offered free of cost in most locations.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you’ll be asked to self-ship the item.
  • Shipping charges incurred in self-ship cases will be reimbursed after the item passes quality check.

 Exchange Policy at BM Oils

  • Only one exchange is allowed per product.
  • No return or refund after one exchange.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Refund Processing at BM Oils

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes quality check.
  • If the item fails the quality check, it will be returned back to the customer at their expense.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
